title about class!

Over 10 years ago, Class! founders, Sari and Paul Aizley together with their adult son David Phillips, recognized the importance of offering a voice to the growing Hispanic-Latino high school student population in the greater Las Vegas metropolitan area. With initial support from the Clark County School District and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, that voice was first heard in January 1997 when Class! Publications launched a Spanish-language section called ¡Diganos! or “Tell Us.”

The four-page in-language section is inserted into the monthly edition of Class! and serves a growing Hispanic-Latino student readership while providing an effective resource for non-native students to learn Spanish. ¡Diganos! also encourages teens to overcome cultural barriers and celebrate the diversity of Southern Nevada.
